SKILLS

Creating Solutions: Scientific methodology to review available expertise and resources to innovate new modus operandi for attaining goals. Particularly inspired by long reaching community issues involving education and infrastructure.

SWMM Model Analysis: Technical investigation to assess impacts of new construction. Studies for existing site owners have been able to show quantitatively that construction on adjacent waterways can directly impact their water levels. Often existing new land areas are submerged reducing the buildable lands which have been reclaimed through litigation here in Florida.

Integrated Patent Development: Proficient data manipulation to prepare proper Patent Drawings, Searches and Applications. Advanced skills have resulted in detailed technical ability to comprehend your inventions, to complete prototyping and patenting.

General Civil Design: Integrated computer applications to compile GIS data, prepare CAD drawing and legal exhibits for instant digital submittals via broadband technologies.
